Seaman Mineral Museum"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Club has traditionally had a good relationship with the Seaman Mineral Museum. <br>\nFounded at Michigan Tech the Museum later was designated Michigan\u2019s Mineral Museum. It houses an unparalleled collection of Copper Country mineral specimens as well as a fine collection of worldwide minerals.<br>\nOften one or more of the staff have been Club members. The Club has supported the museum through funding the construction of display cases, acquisition of new minerals, a publicizing the Museum\u2019s attractions.<br>\nMuseum staff have supported the club with identification of minerals and, currently, during the school year with a monthly discussion of mineralogy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.museum.mtu.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\">Museum Website<\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Club has traditionally had a good relationship with the Seaman Mineral Museum.
